keresztény vagy a zsidó isten? A férfi vagy a nő? Bennem vagy a másikban
halmozódik fel az, amit megérdemlek? Végül is a szavak bonyolítják túl azt,
amire a testek ugyanúgy reagálnak.

simplii spectatori. (Simplii? Spectatori? Pe Shakespeare pur şi simplu? Există
aşa ceva?)

Who chooseth me must give
and hazard all he hath.
and hazard all he hath.
Who hazards everything? How do we know what
everything is? Who is the person that is into everything? The way I read
tonight the unfolding carnival barely left anything to hazard and in everything
was nothing at the same time. This nothingeverything hangs from long ropes,
hook on one end, words on the other.
Who chooseth me shall gain
what many men desire.
what many men desire.
In this case, we might ponder who dreams big:
the one who desires or the desired one. Maybe it’s for the best to disguise
ourselves.
Who chooseth me shall gain
what many men desire.
what many men desire.
Come on. Who decides who deserves what? The
Christian or the Jewish God? The man or the woman? Do the things I deserve pile
up in me or in the other? Eventually words overcomplicate things that body
react the same way to.
The masks, the music, the colours, the dance,
the straining each other, the fabulous clothes, the lights, the sounds, the
deceitful words and the true ones all flowed in a great carnival, and they
swept away even the ones who intended only to be simple viewers. (Simply?
Viewers? Simply viewers of Shakespeare? Do these even exist?)
